F.A.Q.

Where do you ship from?

We ship out of Ontario.

What areas do you cover?

Nationwide with one clause, you assume the risk for stolen/undelivered packages. We guarantee 100% operational security and timely dropoff at the sorting center on our end, however cannot guarantee the integrity of your neighbors and delivery drivers with sticky fingers.

Do you have first time order discounts?

Everyone that chooses the Private Reserve to be their place to shop knows that it’s not just the first order that gets blessed up, it’s also your second, third, fourth, and every subsequent one after that too. We believe there is no need for predatory incentives and discounts and just price everything according to the market.

When is order cutoff?

Cut-off time is 10am, orders placed before then will be shipped same day. Orders placed afterwards will be shipped the next available business day.

How do you ship your orders?

We prioritize security and discretion above all, your parcel is vaccuum sealed and secured in a container that is again sealed, then shipped in a discreet manner.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we have “free” XpressPost shipping on orders over $200, otherwise there is a flat $20 fee for XpressPost shipping regardless of province. We reserve the right to charge more for orders to the outer provinces.

Is free shipping different than paid?

We only ship through Canada Post using their XpressPost service. If your order total meets $200, you are eligible for free xpresspost shipping.

I just placed my order, where is my tracking information?

Your tracking number will be sent to you 4pm-9pm on the day your order is shipped in an email.

I didn’t receive any email with my information.

Please check your spam folder, if it is not there, please contact us.

How long until I receive my package?

Orders in Ontario are usually received within 1-2 days, with almost all orders taking 2-3 days, 4 being a lot. Due to Covid-19 complications, Canada Post does not guarantee delivery times and thus please be prepared for delays just in case.

My parcel hasn’t moved in days, what should I do?

With delays in shipments and disarray in sorting centers due to Covid-19, we cannot guarantee that Canada Post will ship your products on time. Generally, mail services to most regions are operating as per usual with a few irregular delays here and there. Please wait the 7-14 days as per Canada Post’s guidance and if there is no movement, we will open an investigation.
